- Cao lau: The dish is made from rice flour, pork, vegetables and spices; processed in a very original cooking method of Hoi An people

...“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It is out of town a bit about 10 to 15minute walk, the hotel is improving very well. Like anything you got to learn the improvement has been very good. I am going back on the 8th of January so I will give a review again but motor bikes worked well the pushbikes are good now so I would recommend this hotel now”

“Awesome hotel with great staff and beautiful rooms. Free room service and internet if you pay full room price. Nice swimming pool and rooftop restaurant are great bonus. We bought some beer and rum at the local store and went to the rooftop patio for a great evening. They offer free bicycles (most of which are crap). If you continue down the road that it is located on you arrive at a beautiful secluded beach that is used by locals and only few tourists, a nice relaxing place to get away from vendors and a good chance to see local life. Cons: Quite far from town makes it difficult to get to unless you are going to rent a moped. Taxis are quite cheap so that is a possibility. This might actually be a Pro because it is located away from the tourist center. Be careful when they tally up your bill at the end of your stay. Make sure to double check it as my bill was incorrect. Make sure to Bargin with the room price especially with extended stays. I would defiantly recommend HoiAn for shopping, beaches, history and scenery. My favorite place in Vietnam by far!!”
