“I enjoyed the stay at |Hai Au very much. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. Though the rooms could be better...pillow is quite hard, then the first day no hot water, the third day no light in the bathroom and on the bill a phone call the receptionist made in order to book my hotel in another city...be careful! Still...the best part of the hotel was definitely the receptionist Yum who makes you feel happy with her smile and her will to help. Thanks a lot!”

“The Hai Au Hotel is a very affordable hotel. The front desk staff treats you as family. This is not a resort hotel but a small inn with basic comforts. The room met our requirements with a small fridge and balcony. Nothing fancy here. Try the wantons and the steamed dumpling at the restaurant. I would stay here again-as my husband has been here twice. If you need more linens or towels or clean pillow -just ask -they are very gracious to please. The location makes an easy walk to anywhere in town.They offer bike and motorbike rental. There is a nice pool area - agaion nothing fancy. The rooms are clean.”

“We have just returned from a 1 month's holiday touring around Vietnam and Cambodia.
As with all our international travel, we always refer to Trip Advisor to select our accommodation.
The Hai Au was no exception. It met all our requirements as far as location, facilities, size and cleanliness. Our room was huge with a small balcony overlooking the lovely pool, plus it had airconditioning and a beautiful mosquito net over the bed (please see attached photo). The service was excellent and we cannot speak highly enough about the lovely young ladies on reception - they were always so willing to help you.
It had free internet (although a little slow at times) but at least there were at least 4 or 5 screens for your use. Breakfast was sufficient and quite enjoyable.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for your stay in Hoi An”
